eForams has two separte windows, one with controls and one for visualisation. Control windows have four tabs with controls for: * 3D model * 2D model * Morphospace of 3D model * Morphospace of 2D model ==Parameters== Each tab has an area with controls for changing [[parameters]]. Description of all the [[parameters]] you can find in the [[MODELS]] section. An additional subarea contains series of controls for so called fuzzines range. The model deals with parameters in two different manners: * Each of the parameters is set up to a fixed value and does not change during the simulation * At each simulation step we can choose the value of any parameter by random Controls for fuzziness range allow us to decide how random the parameters are. Using this control we decide about the range from which the value of parameters are selected rondomly. Setting the controls to the left side we can reduce the range to single fixed value. Moving the controls we make the range wider what is marked around the controls. ==Mouse== eForams uses mouse to help viewing the modeled forms. Moving cursor with left button pressed we can freely rotate form and viewing them from different sides. When the middle button is pressed we zoom the model, and with right button we can move the model within the program window. When we visualize the morphospace double-clicking on one of the form selects this form and we can manipulate this form in the same manner as in case of a single form. ==Simulation== We can control the simulation changing the number of chambers. The "Generate" button refreshes the simulation, however, by moving the slider we run the simulation too. ==Morphospace== There are two tabs that control the morphospace generation for 3D and 2D model respectively. Both tabs contain necessary controls for parameters specific for the models. Additional controls allows to set up morphospace. We can choose desired parameter for both axis, their range and step. The "Generate" button run the neccassery number of simulation to display all forms. ==Drawing controls== ===3D Model=== Tab for 3D model has the most enhanced drawing controls. We can define texture for 3D model by double-clicking on area with texture image. "Reset" button sets texture to the default one. Cutting planes subarea contains controls for cutting the model by using arbitrary defined planes. We can define two cutting planes in each plane xy, xz and yz. Cutting planes can be shifted along the direction perpendicular to this plane. ==Saving results== eForams allows to save simulation data in text file. This file contains all data necessary to regenerate model. Stored data can be read by this program. Visualized model can be captured and saved as a bitmap and stored in a graphic file.
